Fall Frolic 5K, Pumpkin Path runs, Montessori Academy Edison Lakes, Mishawaka, IN

9am & 9:30am starts Register

MISHAWAKA, IN—this is an October tradition—a beautiful, tree-lined and chip-timed neighborhood run in the heart of color season! The course is flat and fast through Winding Brook Park in Mishawaka and, along with age-group awards, offers a great opportunity to PR.

This year, the Pumpkin Path Kids Fun Run is new and will take place on the front lawn of The Montessori Academy. It is a short running course designed for kids of all ages, beginning at 9am, prior to the 5K (so participating parents can get inspired!) “We’ve planned a festive course that will give everyone an opportunity to cheer on the kids as they run and earn their very own mini pumpkin prize,” said Hannah Couch, Director of Advancement for the Academy.

Fall Frolic, presented by Enzyme Research Labs, is an annual Family Fun charity run/walk for both competitive and non-competitive runners. The event benefits children at The Montessori’ Academy’s classroom at the South Bend Center for the Homeless, the nation’s first Montessori program serving homeless children.

Want to register the whole family for the 5K? Fall Frolic offers a family discount for up to four 5K runners for $75. Groups of 10 or more can e-mail Hannah hcouch@tma-el.org to get set up for a discount.
