Abbi Pollyea opened her cardio dance and strength fitness studio in Granger in 2017.

With 30 hours of dance cardio and strength routines posted on the MMB OnDemand channel, Granger’s Movement Made Beautiful’s Abbi Pollyea is inviting all to try something different – and fun! These classes have been produced specifically for online viewing, with quality sound and format. A great perk is that the classes are posted on a VHX format that enables streaming from your television.

“We post new content every Monday – and of course encourage participants to take a picture and tag it on Instagram,” said Abbi. She suggests 30 minutes a day at home, alternating cardio dance and strength. “Browse the free video section that is there for all to enjoy,” she said. Learn a whole dance, or dig deep for 40 minutes of high-cardio kicks and high-intensity dance moves. You can also add a quick arms workout when time is short, or do a full Barre workout.
